Here we have a vintage c1920-30 Arts and Crafts silver gilt festoon necklace with flower head panels and hand-set faceted citrines in open-back collet settings. It is a very attractive design with four festoon chains suspended under the main chain of the necklace.
I love the three petalled flower design which appears in the plaques either side of the citrines. I also adore the double links in the main section of the necklace as it just adds another touch of something different. The citrines are beautifully-cut with a lovely naturalistic range of citrine hues in them
In pleasing condition with only one teeny nibble (if you can call it that) off an edge of one citrine-only visible under intense scrutiny with a strong magnification loupe. The necklace measures approx 38cm (15 inches) in length.
