A delightful pair of European carnelian drop earrings with a subtle couple of links to the carnelian beads, just enough so the balls move around beautifully, just below the lobe. Antique earrings, which are fully marked as 9ct gold, with lever backs and which sate from the early years of the twentieth century.
In excellent order with well-functioning gold lever backs so that they can be worn safely in pierced ears. They are simple, elegant things which will add a touch of sophistication day or night. Subtle antique beauties.
The carnelian balls are approx 7mm in diameter. Stamped “9K” near the hinge on each earring.
