What a beautiful pair of antique earrings, most likely from the Edwardian era. They are ethereal, light and sleek drop earrings, which are set with highly adularescent moonstones, and small faceted spinels. Wonderful things that shine and shimmer with every slight movement. Beautiful and delicate, light enough to wear for everyday use too. They would make incredible wedding earrings.
The claw-set moonstones are domed and as you can see, shimmer from that pearly white to blue. The spinels are a wonderful touch as they glisten easily and catch the light too. I love that these have been fitted with silver hooks in the past, as they are ready to wear beauties.
Each earring measures approx 2.4cm in height. They are lovely things, which are difficult to find nowadays, especially with such moonstones. I will send in a new gift box (not the box in the images) by Special Delivery within the UK or else by International Tracked and Signed. Thank you.
