Refund and Returns Policy

Whilst we hope you are completely thrilled with your Elegantium purchase, we appreciate that occasionally you may wish to return something. Please contact us as soon as possible and definitely within 14 days of receiving the item, to let us know you wish to return it.

If you have changed your mind about a purchase and you wish to return the item, please know you will be liable for paying our initial postage cost for sending the item to you in the first place, as well as being liable for the return costs, which include, for international clients, all taxes and customs fees when sending to the UK from international locations. This has become a much more expensive and complex process than in days gone by so please be aware that this can be a significant cost. This is due to taxation levies and customs handling fees incurred on items entering the UK, which are calculated on the declared item value. Unfortunately these costs are not within our control. All costs incurred by us to receive a returned item will be subtracted from the cost of the item paid initially and the balance refunded to you, as soon as we safely receive the item in the same condition as we sent it out in. Thank you for your understanding and consideration of these issues before you make a purchase.

Having said all of that, it is extremely rare for us to receive a refund request, as the vast majority of our clients are completely delighted with their choice of jewellery.
