A sumptuous pair of Edwardian drop earrings in gold, each earring with three spectacle-set cabochon moonstones. They date from the c1910 era and have been seamlessly fit with gold wires at some point in their history, making them ideal for wearing immediately without the fuss of conversion.
Perfect in their size and dimensions-classic and effortlessly beautiful. A round, domed bezel set stone sits as the stud section, suspended below is a smaller round, domed cabochon (spectacle-set) and a few links on we find the domed oval largest stone, set vertically. They are lovely dangle earrings with moonstones happy to flash blue easily.
Each earring measures approx 3cm in height and they are in excellent order. They match an Edwardian pendant with very similar stones (round and oval like this) and the final image shows them as a set. Please drop me a line if you are interested in acquiring both together.
