A very pretty pair of Victorian ear studs with such a fabulous double turquoise stone design. Stamped clearly as “9ct” on the screw back section, these are a wonderful pair of antique earrings in excellent condition.
Petite they may be, but so much thought has gone into the making of these lovely things. A small oval turquoise is mille grain set as the first stone in this stud arrangement. It has its own finely finished bezel setting. Placed just below it is a second and larger, oval turquoise cabochon, also nestled in its own finely mille grained bezel setting. In this sense, they are like a double stud design….beautiful!
If you do not like wearing screw backs, they would convert easily enough at your jewellers. The height of each earring is approx 1cm. Stamped 9ct and in excellent order. I shall send in a new gift box by tracked and signed for post. Boxes in the images are for display only. Thank you.
