A lovely antique Art Deco c1930s necklace in silver which features these wonderful amazonite beads, of graduating sizes. There are 17 amazonite stones in total, with the smallest at the catch and the largest at the front of the necklace. The necklace retains its lovely sections of silver chain and all of the silver wire loops on each side of the amazonite beads.
Amazonite is such an amazing stone, with its swirly pale green colour-it has to be one of my personal favourites. Being a green stone it is often linked to the heart chakra and used for healing purposes. These beads will sit against your skin beautifully. The smallest bead has a diameter of approx 5mm and the largest, approx 11mm.
The necklace measures approx 59cm (just over 23 inches) in length which is a very useful length. In excellent order, the beads are all intact and undamaged. There has been a catch replacement at some time in her past.
