Description
A pair of c1930 Bernard Instone Arts and Crafts sterling silver earrings that are hard to come by. The design is fabulous. I am also selling the matching brooch separately (the ring is not for sale). I have never seen this particular design of Bernard earrings before discovering this pair, so they are a real scarcity.
They feature dramatic, sweeping silver leaves and are set with a foiled rose quartz cabochon, an amethyst and a rock crystal. The foiled quartz is so luminous under certain lights. Each earring is a mirror image of the other and they are fabulously bold, statement things. The earrings still have their original clip fittings, which function well. They measure approx 2.8cm by 1.8cm.
