Description
Beautiful earrings in that striking topaz colour and dating from the early years of the 1900s. I love these for many reasons, not least because of their distinct chandelier style, showing those faceted stones grouped together at the bottom of the drop. I love too that the first blue paste is at the lobe….that long slender silver link has a mille grain detailing to the edge, giving the effect of filigree but being much more sturdy and robust.
Fitted with silver wires, these beauties are ready to wear. The deep zigzag settings on the bezel collars adds another detail to make these earrings really stand out from the crowd. The pastes have been exquisitely cut-an art in itself and boy do they sparkle and throw the light around. They are wonderfully sleek and elegant statement earrings in that lovely ice blue tone that we love about topaz and topaz pastes.
Unmarked but test as sterling silver. Each earring is approx 4.6cm in height. One wire is a little bent. In excellent condition with no damage to the stones at all….hurrah!
I shall post by special delivery within the UK or else by international tracked and signed. Please note the boxes in the images are not included, however I will send in a new box for their safekeeping. Thank you.
