Description
Lovely Arts and Crafts earrings by Bernard Instone c1930 in a rare design. They are book piece earrings featured in the literature “Bernard Instone Designer and Craftsman; the art of a jeweller” by Tracy Henriksen. Such a bold and crisp design with three shdes of blue used in the enamelling. This makes a striking combination, alongside the mother-of-pearl centrepieces.
They have their original clips although, you could have posts fitted if preferred. Wonderful things in pleasing condition, although some patina you may wish to polish away. Crafted in the c1930 era and these don’t come along very often at all.
Fabulous colours for a dash of summer joy!
The diameter of each earring is approx 1.7cm.
