NOW RESERVED – thank you!
Beautiful antique Art Deco earrings, dating from the late 1920s to early 1930s. Crafted beautifully in stamped 935 silver, which is a higher grade than sterling and which was usually reserved for the finer pieces of jewellery. These are long, sleek and decadent Art Deco earrings, which are most likely from Pforzheim in Germany in the 1920s era.
The amethysts are a lovely pale plum colour and they glisten in the light so very easily. When you hold these earrings and look at the work that has gone into making them, you see the quality immediately. Beautifully crafted 935 silver work and fabulous faceted amethysts, which are in wonderful condition. All stones are present and correct and the earrings retain their original screw back mechanisms.
The drop of each earring measures approx 6.3cm. They retain a little patina but are in super condition for such antique earrings.
I will send in a new gift box as the boxes in the images are for display only. Complimentary tracked and signed postage is included.
