A lovely navette shaped enamel ring c1930s, fully signed as a Bernard Instone ring on the inside of the band. It features a navette-shaped enamel plaque which is midnight blue as a base, with turquoise blue overlaid. You can also see a little foil glittery spark in it. Please note that the images with three rings is for demonstration only-it is only the blues ring on the little pinkie finger, which is included in this listing.
I love the simplicity of this design, with its typical Arts and Crafts double band and the placement of a single draped vine leaf on each shoulder. Beautifully naturalistic without being overly fussy.
A smaller, daintier ring, which is fully and clearly signed on the inside of the band “SILVER B.I”. It measures approx UK size J (US 4.75). . The ring has not been finished off underneath as neatly as it could have been (came as one of the last items from the workshop) the band where it meets the face has not been trimmed as neatly as it should have been but it is still comfortable to wear and you really can’t tell. Because of this I have offered this at a lower price than the perfect rings.
In excellent order otherwise-just some patina you may wish to polish further. I will send to you in a brand new giftbox as the box in the images is for display only. Thank you! Please note I am not sending to Germany at the moment.
