An effervescent ring., which is a simple yet attractive design. Who doesn’t love pale lemon citrine stones? They just bounce the light around beautifully. This one is cut in a very Deco style-emerald cut so you see the straight edges, which makes a nice change to the usual cuts we see. The ring, pleasingly, is also fully signed as and Instone ring.
The rectangular citrine is flanked on either side by a single, draped vine leaf which looks lovely with that little bit of patina, picking out the details of veins. Inside the ring band is marked: “SILVER MADE IN ENGLAND B.I”
The stone sits inside its hand made mille grain setting and measures approx 1cm by 0.7cm. The ring measures as approx UK size M.5 (US 6.25). Some patina which you may wish to polish further.
