Description
A lovely, long and sleek Art Deco era brooch in very Art Deco / Amsterdam School type of design. It features hand crafted, hammered silver, with faux rivets and a square setting for the coral at the centre.
The red coral is so indicative of the era. Obviously well crafted, you can see quite a distinctive circular mark on the reverse, around the main setting. Th coral has a pinhole in it but it goes right through and is a natural quirk of the material, rather than damage.
I cannot see any marks but it tests as high quality silver. It measures approx 7cm in length by approx 1.7cm wide. It makes a lovely statement. All original condition, with a lovely quality catch too.
