A lovely, striking Murrle Bennett pendant c1900 in vibrant turquoise enamel, in all-original condition, including its original “950” stamped barrel clasp chain. Excellent! This is a fully stamped pendant too, carrying the “MBo” mark as well as the “950” silver mark (higher grade silver than sterling).
A lovely floral design with matching drop, the enamel is in superb condition. The typical MB bale on this piece is large so you could add a chunkier chain if desired. However, I think it is such a sweet and elegant piece that this original fine chain suits it well.
The pendant (including bale) measures approx 4.7cm in height and the length of the silver chain is approx 44cm (17.25 inches) – a very useful length and it retains its original barrel clasp fastener.
The enamel is a wonderful vivid, lustrous turquoise so it makes a fine statement. I shall send in a new gift box to protect this enamel beauty. Boxes in the images are for display only. Tracked and Signed postage is included.
