This is without doubt one of the most amazing rings, both for quality and design, I have ever come across. No markings so it is very difficult to tell when it was made. It was sold to me as antique, yet, I think the settings show a later date. Not in doubt is how this ring sings to you!!! She sings of top quality craft in 18ct gold, most likely a studio piece by a talented craftsperson, with detailing I have rarely seen the like of before. The quality is sumptuous! There is a dedication to both the simplicity and the clever design of the 1900 era....as well as Arts and Crafts, you may see the gothic Aesthetic touches too. It is rooted in 1900 for sure. Both 18ct gold and the diamonds have been confirmed.

The way each rose cut diamond has been claw set and then arranged in this rectangular design, the form highlighted by rope work twist gold, so indicative of the Arts and Crafts era. Each of the three diamonds in this trilogy ring is contained within its own square section of rope work twist gold. The round shape inside the square, seems to give the diamond "space to breathe"....a lovely design. Trilogy rings are often connected with the representation of your life, with stones representing the past, the present and the future. A lovely thought! These diamonds weigh approx 0.10ct each, making 0.30ct in total. They have a good clarity and colour and sparkle beautifully.

Even the reverse of the ring shows the careful hand of the craftsperson. It sits beautifully low to the finger so is so very comfortable to wear. I am pretty sure you will never find another like her. UK size N (approx US size 6.75).

She deserves her own special ring box and I have housed her in this antique green velvet-lined ring box from the c1900 era. A treat for you too. A fabulous pairing.
