Description
A Victorian silver curb chain, c1880s which has had a new lobster clasp and a safety chain / extender chain fitted. The extender does come in useful as it takes the length from the original 7.25 inches to 8.5 inches. It is approximately 0.5cm wide.
I can see hallmarks on one jump ring for London and a maker’s mark but I am not familiar with who it may be.
These Victorian pieces are in great demand at the moment and I love that this is substantial in size but not too chunky.
