Description
A sweet pair of vintage earrings crafted throughout in 9ct gold and mounted with marquise cut garnets and dotted with light-catching crystals. They are very much a 1930-1940s flavour with that small fan arrangement at the stud position and the drop culminating in a larger fan design.
Even the gold open work link connecting both fans adds a touch of lightness to the design.
They are already fitted with posts and butterfly backs so are already to pop in and wear. The garnets are a lovely ruby red colour and those crystals below it at the edge of the fan, and one above really do elevate the combination, as they are super sparkly. The earrings measure approx 2.3cm in drop and they are stamped on the actual posts with tiny full UK hallmarks ….way too tiny to read but reassuring they are there from the assay office. They weigh 1.6g.
