Here we have a hugely attractive vintage c1920-30 Arts and Crafts silver gilt festoon necklace with flower head panels and hand-set faceted citrines in open-back collet settings. It is a very attractive design with four festoon chains suspended under the main chain of the necklace. What a vibrant and light design.
I love the three petalled flower design which appears in the plaques either side of the citrines. I also adore the double links in the main section of the necklace as it just adds another touch of something different. I love that the citrines are all beautifully-cut, with a range of slightly different tones of citrine.
In pleasing condition. The necklace measures approx 38cm (15 inches) in length.
