An exceptional pair of fine quality 18ct yellow gold and sapphire earrings, which demonstrate the range of colours that are available with sapphires. Each one of these delicious and vivid sapphires has been hand set in its own individual gold setting. There are a mixture of round and pear drop faceted stones forming the cluster.
I have seen this type of earring with moonstones before but it is less frequent you see them with sapphires. Astonishingly light-bouncing stones range from the pale green set as the first stone on the earring, to light blue, darker blue, yellow, orange, white and purple. I could sit for hours with a jeweller’s loupe admiring these glorious sapphires. Such beautiful stones and the way they catch the light is sensational.
These are fine, dainty and light to wear. Each earring measures approx 3.1cm in height. Fitted with 18ct gold wires so they are ready to wear.
All stones and gold work in excellent condition. These beautiful things will make a welcome addition to someone’s jewellery box.
