Description
A rare and lovely Arts and Crafts bracelet with a toggle fastener and featuring faux rivet roundels. Delicate in size but sturdy in structure and bold in design. These rivet features remind me very much of the c1900 pieces by Murrle Bennett and other companies and as this bracelet is not, stamped, I am unable to say who made it. Hand made and made in the c1910 era I would say.
I love the bezel set links, which display an infinity symbol with a little ball of gold on each end. The hand crafted frames for the rivets are also lovely to see, if you flip the bracelet over. Good to see the attractive toggle fastener and that makes it simple to fasten the bracelet yourself whilst wearing.
The bracelet measures approx 19.5cm (7.75 inches) in length and the width is approx 9mm. It is a beautiful and difficult to find design in pleasing condition. The only thing to mention is that a tiny ball is missing from one of the infinity symbols in one of the plaques. Excellent generally and test as 15ct yellow gold.
I shall post by complimentary Tracked and Signed in a new gift box. Boxes in the images are for display only, thank you.
