A useful platinum 29 diamond eternity ring, England,  c1920s

Description

An antique Art Deco late 1920s full eternity ring with 29 old cut diamonds and set in platinum. Such a useful and significant type of ring, as these eternity rings can be gifted and worn as a love token, alongside a wedding ring or else can be used as part of a stacking arrangement.

Each diamond sits in its own claw-set recessed channel so the ring is smooth on the surface as you run your finger over it. 29 diamonds in all, which may be particularly significant for someone. There are engraved Arabesque designs to each side, although as you can imagine these are slightly rubbed in places due to age and wear. The width of the ring is approx 2mm. The ring measures as approx UK size K.5 (US 5.25). As it is a full eternity ring with diamonds running all the way around, it can not be resized. No marks (as is all typical for the era and the style of ring) but has been fully tested. It weighs approx 2.4g.

I shall send in a new gift box by complimentary international tracked and signed of else by special delivery within the UK. Box in the images is for display only, thank you.
