Description

A truly impressive Art Deco era ring, hand crafted in stamped 18ct white gold, which really is an eye-catchingly beautiful design. It is navette-shaped, which means it looks long, sleek and classic on your finger-very flattering indeed. Super sparkly with the most delicious blend of calibre cut rubies and rose cut diamonds, dating from the c1930s era.

There is something so sophisticated about Art Deco diamond and ruby rings and this design is just wonderful. Five fabulous calibre-cut rubies form a vertical line down the centre of the ring, which is then surrounded by an elongated oval halo of no less than 24 diamonds. Pleasingly (which I particularly love) the twinkling diamonds extend onto the shoulders and top of the band on each side, with a further three rose cut diamonds twinkling on the band. A lovely special touch.

The face of the ring is attached via a typical Deco openwork 18ct white gold support and it lies close to the finger, which is another feature I prefer to see in rings I wear. Stamped on the inside of the band as 18ct white gold and with the Birmingham, England anchor stamp.

All stones are in excellent condition, the ring has been cleaned so is twinkling away to her heart’s content. The face of the ring measures approx 2.1cm long so it makes quite the beautiful statement. It is approx UK size N (a touch over a US 6.5). Ready to wear or else gift to some lucky recipient. I shall include a free gift box and post by complimentary express courier internationally or by Special Delivery within the UK. Thank you.
