Description
A lovely English Art Nouveau bracelet from the c1900 era. This could well be a James Fenton piece as the typical bubble enamel is very reminiscent of his pieces.
With an attractive bright green and fade to white centre section, the enamel on each plaque is shaped rather like a “Z” or a number “2”. Alternating silver panels separate the enamel links. As you can see from the photos, the enamel is particularly vibrant and is all, thankfully, still intact. I love the matching enamel box clasp, which means when you wear the bracelet, the design continues right around the wrist.
It measures a touch under 17cm (a touch over 6.5 inches) in length and approx 1.1cm wide. There are some loops for a safety chain, should you wish to add one. In pleasing condition. Each of the enamel panels is stamped “STERLING SILVER” to the verso.
I will send in a new gift box as the boxes in the images are for display only. International tracked and signed or else Special Delivery within the UK. Thank you.
