Description
A super little enamel brooch, with a crashing waves design, from the heart of the Art Nouveau era and fully signed by James Fenton. It is a little drop of loveliness, like most of Fenton’s pieces. Stamped for Birmingham 1907.
Lovely swirls of green, blue and white in the enamel design, this brooch is such a sinuous and striking design. Retaining its original pin, it also has some patina which would of course polish away if that is what you prefer. The brooch measures approx 2.5cm across.
