How lovely to find such an eye-catching sterling silver bracelet design by English husband and wife Arts and Crafts designers Charles and Gladys Mumford. Crafted by hand in entirety, this lemon citrines bracelet has all of the typical Mumford touches you would hope to find; hand wrought simple split leaves, silver spirals and stones set with copious square, angular teeth.
Crafted in the c1950 era, this is a treat of a find, as it is much more usual to find Mumford brooches or else plain silver leaves bracelet. These large, faceted lemon citrines are open-backed and especially sparkly. The three stones are each set on an oval plaque, each decorated with leaves and spirals. It is a lovely piece in excellent condition, even retaining its original safety chain.
The bracelet measures approx 2.6cm wide by approx 18.5cm (7.25 inches) in length. Please note I am selling the necklace you can see in a few of the images, separately.
