Description
A very lovely Belle Epoque French pendant in what I assume is rolled gold, which has some fabulous enamel work in a beautiful shade of pink. Designed in an open work style, there are draped laurel leaves decoration leading down to quite a large pearl drop, suspended at the bottom of the design. A large amethyst paste sparkles at the centre of the design and the pink to purple colour is picked up again in the three tiny pink ruby pastes set around the design.
A very pretty thing in pleasing condition. The pendant measures approx 4.2cm in height. An antique silver link bale has been attached to the pendant so you could either wear a silver or else a gold chain with this piece. If you love pinks and purples, then this is a lovely piece for you. Please note the chain in the images is not included.
