Description
A very pretty drop brooch, an Arts and Crafts piece crafted around the 1900 era and a beautiful open work design which places a large pale blue topaz cabochon in the centre, flanked on either side by a half pearl. A wonderfully sparkly, heart-shaped smoky quartz stone is suspended below the main panel and it catches the light so well.
Not stamped but tests as sterling silver-this is an attractive combination of colours and is such a light design too. It measures approx 4.2cm wide by approx the same again height wise. It looks like the pearl on the left side is a replacement, which I have taken into account with the price.
