A completely wonderful Bernard Instone sterling silver Arts and Crafts ring in a design I have never come across before. It is such an organic and naturalistic design that spreads itself across your finger in such an unrestrained way. It is definitely one of my favourite Instone rings. What a statement!
With those instantly recognisable hand-tooled leaves splayed across the design and the use of peridots with the main citrine stone, it sings Instone. The large faceted citrine stone is claw-set in a double banded Art Deco type of setting and the two peridots are also claw-set. It is an unusual but absorbing design by Instone. I have a similar pendant, with the same combination of citrines and peridots but have never before come across such a ring, until now.
It measures as approx UK ring size M.5 (US 6.25). The length of the face of the ring is approx 2.4cm. In superb condition. Unmarked but tested. This is sure to disappear quickly-it is a “new-to-the-market” design and such a beautiful arity.
